On 28-29 August 2021, Fiya House presents Hip Hop Weekender at The Scoop, part of Summer by the River Festival.
Featuring interactive workshops for all the family - learn your top-rock from your Bart Simpson and your two-step from your cabbage patch! Watch pop-up performances from world-renowned dance artists and incredible live DJs, bringing together local people to celebrate community spirit.
It wouldn't be a Fiya House event without a battle...U18s All Styles plus Hip Hop and Popping categories who will battle it out to be crowned Weekender Champion.

On Saturday 25 January 2020, this renowned international dance competition returns to London. Popcity UK is a space for emerging and established Hip Hop dancers of all ages from across the country to come together to train, share knowledge and to compete. It is open to anyone who is interested in watching or taking part in Street Dance.
Popcity will see 450 UK dancers unite for one of the first Hip Hop events of the year. Featuring international judges, guest performers and live DJs, the battle will create an authentic Hip Hop experience with artists from around the globe and around the corner. Winners will have the chance to represent the UK at the Popcity Finals in Asia, in December 2020.

On 23-25 October 2019, Fiya House presents Fiya Works – a three day training camp of inspirational Hip Hop dance workshops and industry talks led by world-renowned artists Brooke Milliner, Dickson Mbi, Jonadette Carpio, Kashmir D. Leese, Robia Milliner and Kieran Warner. On Friday evening, the event will close with 1vs1 battles in Popping and Hip Hop with live DJ Josh Costanzo.
